I have previously tried using actual flax seeds because I know they are supposed to be healthy for you & have many benefits but I could never stick with it because they are a pain to find in stores, grind up, and add to something like my breakfast smoothie. Plus, they taste gross. Hello flax seed pills! These are quite literally the solution to all of my complaints. There is no work involved and they aren't at all messy. Just take 1 capsule before a meal. They're cold pressed, don't have a bunch of junk in them, have no oil taste to it and they're softgels so they are easy enough to swallow. 1 per day is a 90 day supply so it's a good value for the money. I have noticed my skin seems healthier and my hair and nails have both grown since being on it. I also noticed less inflammation and joint issues in my body which is huge for me. If you're looking for an easier way to supplement with flax I would highly recommend this product.

Healthy fats are a very important part of being healthy. I normally take krill or fish oil but had never tried fax seed oil before and have been hearing amazing things. I got this flax seed oil and have been very pleased so far. It's not full added chemicals. It's cold pressed and included a 90 soft gels. I'll admit the pills are pretty large but luckily I had no issue taking them. They have no after taste. Flax seed oil is loaded with healthy Omega 3s and helps with several elements. Some of these are constapation, cellulite, eczema,it's great for boosting heart health and even helps prevent cancer. This is a great oil and I'm glad I decided to try it. It's a great price for any budget and great quality. Highly recommend.
