Good iron supplement

I have been using this for a month or so now. I cannot take regular iron pills since they make me sick, and I have not had any issues with these. I take two gummies in the morning, which equals to 10mg of mircroencapsulated iron. For reference, SloFe has 45 mg of elemental iron which equals to 142 mg of ferrous sulfate, (if that makes any sense to you.) I have rated it a bit lower in taste. There's a bit of grape flavor, and you can taste the iron, so it took a bit to get used to, but now it's fine. These are coated in the sugar, which doesn't bother me, but I know some people don't want it. Overall, though, I feel that it does work. My hair is not falling out in clumps like it was, and I feel I have some more energy. If you can't take regular iron pill, I would recommend giving these a try!

An Iron supplement that doesn't have way too much in it!

I really love that this company is run through an FDA-inspected facility and that this gummy is good(ish) tasting but not so good that you want to eat way too many (done that before as a child). It tastes sort of like a white grape flavor to me, like those frozen white grape juices. Most iron supplements contain your daily value or more and because I eat a decent amount of fortified and iron-rich foods, but still need a little boost, this dosage is perfect for me at just one gummy a day to boost my iron. I initially bought the first bottle for about $12 on repeat delivery but just found it on sale for under $8 and canceled my previous $12 repeat delivery for the on-sale $8 repeat delivery fee, which makes this product even more worth it in my opinion. Not sure about the absorbency rate, but it comes with vitamin c to increase the absorbance, so I think that's awesome too.

4 year old eats with ease

I have tried iron in liquid form for my toddler kiddo. I tried putting in all kinds of juices even orange juice and my poor kid could not drink it! I finally took a sip of it and OMG I do not blame my poor kiddo for not wanting to drink his juice with a dose of iron! It was very hard to find an iron gummy for some reason! I put this iron gummy with his daily dose of multi vitamin and antibiotic gummy and he eats them with no problems! He just mentioned this iron one looked like a bear and was sugar coated but that was it. he did not mention a bad taste or smell or anything. Which is a win! I do not know yet how good the absorbency is as he just started taken them a few days ago but next doctor visit we will find out. Glad these iron gummies worked out for us!

My picky four year old ate them

We are vegetarian so my son has always taken iron supplements as directed by his doctor. I was worried that these would be gross and he would reject them but he ate it with only minimal convincing on my part. I tried one too and they taste pretty good although the aftertaste is pretty metallic. I made sure to give my son a snack and drink directly after to cancel the aftertaste and so he would feel sick from the iron.

Tastes good, my daughter will actually take it

Anemia runs in my family. I’m anemic, so is my mom and so are my two daughters. Getting my youngest to take anything is really difficult, especially if it doesn’t taste good and she needs it daily. These are perfect!! She takes it with no complaints at all. The texture and flavor are way better than using the liquid iron supplement.
