Great prenatal for pregnancy and breastfeeding!

I wholeheartedly recommend these prenatal vitamins to anyone expecting or breastfeeding. I took these vitamins during my entire pregnancy and now while I've been breastfeeding exclusively for the past 4 months. They are a little big but after a few times, you will get use to the size. They do not regularly cause nausea nor an upset stomach. They are a little smelly but I simply close the container quickly after taking one pill out. I have never had any issues with these and had a completely healthy pregnancy without any vitamin deficiencies. I plan on taking these while I am in my child-bearing age. Lastly, I take one pill once a day right after lunch or halfway through my lunch because they cause a little bit of nausea if taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Great product at a great value!

I just wanted to say how much I like the Zahler one a day prenatal. What drew me to this prenatal is that it's a quality product at a great value, vegetarian capsules, a FOUR months supply and then to discover it also on Amazon made me happy. It's great to be able to order the supplement and know it will be delivered within a week. The only thing I could say is that I wish I'd found it when I was pregnant with my first baby.

Great vitamins less nauseating

I took these most of my last pregnancy and am still taking them 8 months post birth. I found if you take them at night right before you go to sleep, they don't make you nauseous. Since they are capsules they are pretty easy to swallow and you only need to take one a day. I plan to be buying them again as needed.
