Capsules are easy to swallow. For me this is the most important factor in buying food supplements. The product does not have any bad taste. This supplement is potent, contains phytonutrients, vitamins, antioxidants, vegan protein and minerals. On the downside, the serving size is 8 capsules. I take 4 capsules with a glass of water two times a day. The bottle gives you a 30-day supply. As for the benefits, my bowel movements have improved. Now have lots of energy. By taking this dietary supplement I am getting 2 full servings of wholesome fruits and vegetables. If you are not a fan of green veggies this supplement will work fine. Most importantly, this supplement works.

I love knowing my body is receiving lots of trace minerals and micro-nutrients from the seemingly endless list of natural ingredients. Upon taking this in the morning, I have been feeling more spry and able to get through the day with my sense of wellness intact. I especially appreciate that fulvic trace minerals are also included, as I usually need to purchase and consume a separate product for those. And a separate product for fulvic minerals usually costs about the same as this product that contains so much more. Some more notables that caught my attention are the inclusion of mangosteen, acai, and bilberry. It's a first rate product all the way! One serving is eight medium-large capsules. Those who have trouble swallowing, or don't wish to swallow a bunch of capsules might be better served by either buying a loose powder product or breaking the capsules open and mixing in a beverage. But numerous large capsules per serving for these types of products is universal in my experience. I prefer the capsules, since they are more convenient than having to mix a drink. I'm also less inclined to skip a day.

These are amazing.Read the ingredients list and see that this is like a vegetable and herb garden in a capsule.So many great things we slack on are in here - a perfect green boost without all the liquid and green taste.These are perfectly packaged and I have no trouble at all swallowing the caps.There is no weird aftertaste - I just pop in the morning before breakfast.Highly recommended!

I try to eat greens twice a day in addition to taking spirulina powder in the morning but that's not always possible. If I'm traveling or on vacation I can't take my spirulina powder (it's not a very easy thing to pack) nor am I able to eat veggies with every meal. These tablets are a great way to get your vegetables and superfoods such as spirulina and chlorella. They are also a great value at just over $30 a month when your compare them to alternatives like green drinks and without all the sugar.I will probably take these on days that I don't get any vegetables or when I am traveling. They are easy to take and pack a lot of green based super foods.

No bad taste and easy to swallow.

I love this green. They mix well with water or are great to add to smoothies. I feel like I have more energy and less bloating after taking these for the past few weeks. I personally like the taste. I add ice to the water after blending and it tastes very refreshing, minty and slightly sweet.

Supplements are usually a bit hard to review because you don't start seeing good, or bad effects until after some time taking them. So far so good! Pills are easy to swallow, no aftertaste and I love the blend of the superfoods in the formula. The serving is a bit big, but as this is a supplement, in my case, I'm just taking a lower dose than recommended.

Overall, I think these are a great greens supplement. The combination of ingredients is excellent and they seem to be very high quality. I didn't notice any strong aftertaste or issues with the capsules which are the standard size capsule. The only downside I really found was that the recommended dosage is 6 per day. I understand why that's the dosage, but it's a lot of pills to take in addition to your regular supplements. Overall, not a deal breaker by any means, but I do think it's something to be aware of. Overall, great supplement.

I was not expecting these to be standard sized pills and so 8 pills per day is a lot for me to add on with all my other supplements I take. Moringa and Spirulina are things I take off and on for some extra detox, I thought this product is interesting because it has some many other useful supplements as well. You can look into each substance in greater depth yourself but some highlights - moringa is useful for diabetes and inflammation, spirulina lowers cholesterol and removes heavy metals, chlorella boosts your immune system and removes heavy metals, alfalfa leaf lowers blood sugar and cholesterol, and the other substances are at more of a trace level but would also provide nutrients, improve blood flow, and other things.For full benefit, you will need to be taking at least the 8 pills per day suggested, unfortunately, just taking a couple will probably not do much. If I took these all separately I would most likely be looking for a bit higher dose actually, but all together, there is probably some combined boost factor. The price is not too bad on these and I think overall this is a pretty good detox supplement that should be a sufficient dose for most people's needs.

I don't eat enough vegetables so taking this makes me feel like I am getting a bit more nutrition than I otherwise would not get. They are easy to swallow, no unpleasant aftertaste or burps.

I don't get enough greens in my diet. I'm trying to work on that, but I don't right now. So when I saw this Core Greens supplement, I jumped on it. It's a great way to get all the greens my body needs! This has Moringa Leaf, Spirulina, Chlorophyll, Alfalfa, Spectra Blend and more. There is no way I could get this much greens by just trying to eat healthier. I can tell my body has been needing more of this good stuff. If there was any negative, the daily recommended amount is 8 capsules. They suggest taking 4 capsules twice daily. The is not enough of an issue to remove a star, just something to be aware of. I'm looking forward to continuing to take this and how much my body and mind will benefit from it!

I love that these Core Greens capsules are free from all the major allergens and at the same time provide so many nourishing macro and micronutrients. The directions suggest taking 4 capsules twice a day. That’s a good number of capsules, but a decent substitute for those days when it’s especially hard to take in the recommended numbers of servings of fruits and vegetables. I’m very pleased to have this supplement in my pantry.

I, for one, don't care for salads. No matter how much Mrs. Rockstar kicks them up, they're still...salad. And, if you pile on the ranch dressing to make it more palatable, you might as well have just ordered that sausage, pepperoni and mushroom pizza.This product fools your body into thinking it had a salad with that delicious pizza!
