Got sent tablets that ran out of date within 2 weeks, emailed to complain. Was told I would be sent another pack of tablets but nothing has arrived. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Literally changed my life. I feel calmer and happier. My high pulse came back down to normal. People with MTHFR gene mutations need methylated B vitamins like this one, since standard B vitamins are not absorbed as well or at all.

I like the reasonable dosage amounts, enough to supplement, time released and not mega doses like many other B supplements. The B12 is Methylcobalamin; not Cyanocobalamin.

This is my 2nd bottle and I think it is helping my platelets stay stable. I was suffering from low platelets before I started taking this B-complex, I had one IV treatment 3 months ago but I'm currently not on any medication so I believe it's helping my numbers stay normal. I was having some terrible anxiety coupled with tingling in my extremities and fatigue. I took multi vitamins and non-methylayted B vitamins to no avail. I took something called an organic acids test and found I likely had the MTHFR mutation which is apparently more common than most know. I switched to this due to it being a metylated vitamin. What a difference that made. I did try another methylated brand to see how it compared and while it did work better for me than the non-methylated forms, it wasn't as noticeable of a difference nor as much of an energy boost as this one.

Most, if not just about all, other B complex supplements give a huge whopping dose all at once. For me this meant after several hours I would have a huge whopping crash. I wasn't sure if the timed release would actually work, but it has been perfect. The dose, while not the insanely sky high doses of the other brands, is plenty for me and helps me concentrate on my work, which I had been having difficulty doing. Another plus is that these pills don't stink! It seems most B vitamin pills have a nasty odor that makes me nearly gag when I open the bottle, that doesn't really make me want to swallow them. These have no odor. So no odor, no crash, better concentration, all a win for me.People who are not used to taking pills might find these a little large, I don't have any trouble with them.

These seem to be working and what I love about them is they are time-released and easy to take.

Awesome B-Complex, it gives you a steady energy that you can't tell when it wears off because it does it so gradually. No crazy energy rush but I can definitely feel my metabolism revving up when I take it.

Time release makes all of the difference to me. I take bio active B complex on my doctors recommendation for an autoimmune disease. I like the time release-that just makes sense to me as my body absorbs the b complex. I have now taken this formula for months and can honestly tell a difference. So much of a difference that I signed on to receive the product on a regular basis and for me, that was a good decision!..Anything that helps us become healthier is a Good Decision, and I highly recommend this product.

I really enjoyed this product. This vitamin has everything that is needed in a b complex vitamin and it's great that part of it is delayed release so it lasts longer than other vitamins.

I have been taking this product for about 4 years. Both the older version and the new 2 stage version. I prefer the newer 2 stage version. Very happy with the results.
