The four bottles contain enough tablets for 200 meals, which for me would be between three and four months. The tablets are about the size of an antacid that comes in a roll. They are easy to chew, and very nice tasting. The papain and bromelain help break down proteins, while the DGL licorice root, fennel and ginger help calm the digestion. Bon appétit!

I love these tablets for digestion. They are easy to chew not too soft and not too hard. The flavor is pretty good as well slightly tropical flavor. It also has a very very slight chalky taste to it but not unpleasant at all. It really helps me with my issues and I love the ingredients.

I have kept chewable digestive enzymes on hand for many years when I decided to try these. Overall, I'd say they're good, they're effective.Pros:+They are chewable. I don't find them overly hard/crunchy and easily dissolve during the chewing process.+They have a light, fruity flavor that reminds me of candy like PEZ or Smarties.+I noticed effects almost immediately. I'd say within a few minutes of chewing them. Very happy with them in that regard.Cons/Critiques:-I was a little surprised with the size of the tablets. My old brand are small, flat ovals. These are thick tablets. Maybe more than twice the size of a regular aspirin. This is not a deal breaker as I obviously find them tasty and effective. It's just that with the size, they take up more space when I travel.

I occasionally have some indigestion after eating. These have been helpful to alleviate discomfort and settle my tummy, and are pleasant tasting. I keep a bottle of them handy on the kitchen table.

Love this stuff! I use it all the time instead of constantly popping standard antacids that are not good for your gut health. It tastes sweet and I love that it's made of nutrients from recognizable foods.
