My kids like these Fiber Gummies. I usually order a little critters Fiber Gummies but they were out of stock at the time so we went for these. The Taste and the texture is similar to Little Critters, and very easy to swallow for my kiddos. We bought some similar Fiber Gummies from Lutrovita, and my kids could not stand the taste in the texture and spit them right out. These are night and day comparison, very good will buy again.

It’s almost like she could taste the medicine.So I done some research, and found this product, Chapter One “F is for Fiber” and bought it. It was very inexpensive and also on Amazon Prime. She now refers to these as her “morning gummies”. She loves the taste of these and it’s never an issue for her to take these, she wakes up and asks for them.But what’s most important is she has now been out of pull ups for almost a full week. She’s no longer constipated and she is SO PROUD of herself that she can’t stop talking about it. The first thing she said after her first successful BM in the big potty, with a shaky voice and tears in her eyes, was “now I can go to school and make so many friends!” ♡︎This product has been incredible and has made my daughter’s self esteem soar. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that has children with constipation.

These gummies were literally a game changer! My little man (3 1/2) was having so much issues with constipation that it even kept him from being potty trained (it hurt to have a bowel movement so he would hide and hold it in, resulting in many accidents). He was on miralax which would only make his stool loose and still not help him go. My nurse practitioner friend suggested these gummies specifically (cost is low and effectiveness) and they helped our little guy so much! He has soft, formed stools now and is potty trained! He needed fiber and this is the best way to get it in him (he loves the flavor!) and at an affordable price! I highly reccomend to anyone looking to increase their kids fiber intake! :)

These fiber chews are amazing! I have tried many different fiber supplements, and these are my favorite because they are easy to take and made with chicory root. Unlike other fiber supplements, they are not chalky or difficult to swallow - they taste like a sweet gummy candy (so kids enjoy taking them)! I love that it is made with chicory root, which has a ton of health benefits. I know that there is a little bit of added sugar (2 gummies contain 2 grams of sugar), but to me, it's worth it (and a lot less than what is in my kid's cereal, for example). If you aren't sure if this fiber gummy is the right product for you or your kids, I suggest you talk to your doctor, that's what I did! Bottom line: having a fiber supplement that is easy to take is a game changer in our household!
