These gummy fiber vitamins are perfect for little ones who have a hard time going potty. It's not always easy to get enough fiber into a picky eater's diet, so these help fill that nutritional gap. Within a couple days I noticed a difference in potty time. My child loves them. We've tried other gummies, but they didn't stand up to her beloved "circle vitamins". Try them! You won't regret it!

My kids like these Fiber Gummies. I usually order a little critters Fiber Gummies but they were out of stock at the time so we went for these. The Taste and the texture is similar to Little Critters, and very easy to swallow for my kiddos. We bought some similar Fiber Gummies from Lutrovita, and my kids could not stand the taste in the texture and spit them right out. These are night and day comparison, very good will buy again.

I have to give credit when credit is due and this product absolutely saved our world! Might be a bit TMI, but I’m hoping a fellow momma might need this recommendation. My daughter is 4 and since she was born, she has had chronic constipation. It’s been a constant battle, and she’s been terrified of potty training due to the pain associated with it. Now, preschool is a few months away, and sis needs to be potty trained so that she can attend school. Doctor’s have prescribed her miralax and even the laxative chocolates and she didn’t like taking either, no matter how sneaky I was at giving it to her. It’s almost like she could taste the medicine. So I done some research, and found this product, Chapter One “F is for Fiber” and bought it. It was very inexpensive and also on Amazon Prime. She now refers to these as her “morning gummies”. She loves the taste of these and it’s never an issue for her to take these, she wakes up and asks for them. But what’s most important is she has now been out of pull ups for almost a full week. She’s no longer constipated and she is SO PROUD of herself that she can’t stop talking about it. The first thing she said after her first successful BM in the big potty, with a shaky voice and tears in her eyes, was “now I can go to school and make so many friends!” ♡︎This product has been incredible and has made my daughter’s self esteem soar. I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone that has children with constipation.

These gummies were literally a game changer! My little man (3 1/2) was having so much issues with constipation that it even kept him from being potty trained (it hurt to have a bowel movement so he would hide and hold it in, resulting in many accidents). He was on miralax which would only make his stool loose and still not help him go. My nurse practitioner friend suggested these gummies specifically (cost is low and effectiveness) and they helped our little guy so much! He has soft, formed stools now and is potty trained! He needed fiber and this is the best way to get it in him (he loves the flavor!) and at an affordable price! I highly reccomend to anyone looking to increase their kids fiber intake! :)

Gummies work well and like the flavor. I also give to my 11 yr old granddaughter

Tastes great and it helped regulate my son. Highly recommend!

I’ve gotten these for my kids for years. They like the taste, and they have made travel so much smoother. As long as they take their fiber gummy, no problems, even after a day of “airplane food.” I also like supporting a small business.

Works great at keeping my 10 year old child regular.

Love these fiber gummies! One of my children has constipation issues and this keeps them regular. Plus she loves the taste!

These fiber chews are amazing! I have tried many different fiber supplements, and these are my favorite because they are easy to take and made with chicory root. Unlike other fiber supplements, they are not chalky or difficult to swallow - they taste like a sweet gummy candy (so kids enjoy taking them)! I love that it is made with chicory root, which has a ton of health benefits. I know that there is a little bit of added sugar (2 gummies contain 2 grams of sugar), but to me, it's worth it (and a lot less than what is in my kid's cereal, for example). If you aren't sure if this fiber gummy is the right product for you or your kids, I suggest you talk to your doctor, that's what I did! Bottom line: having a fiber supplement that is easy to take is a game changer in our household!

I am so glad I tried Zahler Fiber. They taste great, have a perfect texture and work so well.

Kids like them.

Always a winner!

My daughter struggles with constipation. She’s also a very picky eater and doesn’t have as many green vegetables as she should. These gummies are a great option to help supplement her lackluster fiber intake. We give her three gummies with water during breakfast and it seems to help. She went from moving her bowels once a week to almost every other day, which doesn’t seem like a lot, but for her it’s a win. I don’t know what we would do without these gummies. We just got back from a short trip and these gummies made the packing shortlist. This is also one of the few items that we have on subscribe and save because we know we’re always going to need them. Highly recommended. (I should also mention that my daughter loves the taste. I can’t say that about other supplements she takes.)

Highly recommend for anyone looking to support digestive health with something that actually tastes good and works! Plus, they’re gentle on my stomach — no cramping or sudden surprises. It’s an easy way to get more fiber into my diet without changing what I eat.

My kid has been taking this fiber gummies for almost a year and it has been great! He is very picky when it comes to taste and texture of things and he instantly liked these gummies from the start. We are purchasing them every month on subscription!

Great product and arrived on time.

Taste wonderful and work well. Thank you Zahler!

I am in my 80, not a small child ! However, I love the Zahler Gummy fiber supplements. My GI suggested that gummies would help my digestive system and I found a KOSHER brand. They are yummy, are my go to evening snackand really help my stomach.

We love the fiber gummies. My kids think they taste great, and it helps regulate their digestion.

I bought these Zahler Fiber Gummies for my kid, and honestly, they’re great. The taste is surprisingly good (kind of like a fruit snack), and they don’t have that weird aftertaste some supplements do. My 10-year-old actually reminds me to give them to him, which says a lot. They’ve really helped with regularity for him, and I like that they’re made with chicory root fiber instead of synthetic stuff. Plus, they’re certified Kosher and free from gluten, dairy, and all the usual allergens, which gives me peace of mind.Only downside? They’re a little on the sweet side, and I wish they had just a bit more fiber per serving. But overall, they’ve become a daily habit in our house. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a gentle, tasty way to boost fiber intake—especially for picky eaters.

We’ve been giving these gummies to our (now) 4 year old twins for over a year- ever since my son started to have constipation issues. They’ve been great to help keep them both regular. They have a great taste that the kids like. We’re grateful for this product!!

These fiber vitamins are really great. I have a son who was on miralax for years and these vitamins make it so he doesn’t need it. I feel much better giving these, a more natural solution than miralax. Thank you for making this product!!

We absolutely LOVE this product! My daughter has had issues with constipation since she started potty training that only fiber made with chicory root helps. When our previous brand stopped selling them we had to find a new brand. I searched all over for a chicory root fiber product that works for children. After reading many reviews we settled on this product & have been nothing but pleased. My daughter loves the taste & she has no constipation issues while taking this daily supplement. Thanks Zahler!

I absolutely love these fiber gummies! Not only do they taste like a treat (no weird aftertaste), but they’ve also made a big difference in my digestion and overall gut health. I used to struggle with bloating and irregularity, but after just a few days of taking these consistently, I felt lighter and more balanced. I also appreciate that they’re gentle on the stomach and don’t cause any cramping. Definitely a must-have in my daily routine — highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the taste - the kids loved them!

I recently purchased Zahler Chapter One Kosher Fiber Gummies, and I’m thrilled with them! These gummies make getting enough fiber so easy and enjoyable. The natural chicory root ingredient works wonders for digestion and keeping things regular. My kids love the taste, and I appreciate that they’re kosher-certified with no artificial flavors or colors. They’re soft, chewy, and don’t stick to your teeth—a win for both adults and kids. Highly recommend for anyone looking to support gut health without the hassle of powders or pills! Five stars!

tastes good, just like gummies, not harsh on stomach at all and works pretty well. Our daughter gives it to her children when they have constipation.
