Chapter one’s vitamins are the best for kids
The most important thing about vitamins for your kids is that they take them without a problem. I have no problem with my daughter taking these every single day!
Our son just had a bone marrow transplant and is requiring calcium and vitamin D supplementation. We finally found a winner! According to our son, other calcium supplements for kids taste like “sugary chalk.” He actually wishes he could eat more of these. I wish they had an option of calcium without vitamin D, because he requires a lot more calcium and would get to much vitamin D if he took it all in this form. I realize this is a pretty unique requirement, but it would be great to have that option. We’ve also tried the magnesium gummies and he loves those as well. Next up, will be the multivitamin.
