Restless leg cure! I have no clue what kind of magic these vitamins hold or how they work but they are the ONLY thing I have ever found that helps with my nighttime restless legs. Very tasty and easy to chew. It is always hard to determine how effective a particular mineral or vitamin is because there are so many variables but I do think I sleep better after taking.
