A children's vitamin D3 and K2 chewable tablet with 2000 IU of Cholecalciferol and 30 mcg of Menaquinone-7 per tablet. Supports healthy bone density, calcium absorption and immune function in children aged 4 and above. Kosher and Halal Certified, vegetarian friendly and gluten free. 90 tablets per bottle.
Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption from the diet, but without K2 that calcium can end up in soft tissues rather than the bones. Vitamin K2 as Menaquinone-7 directs calcium to the bones and teeth where it is needed, making the D3 and K2 combination significantly more effective for healthy bone development in children than vitamin D3 alone.
Give 1 chewable tablet daily. The peach apricot flavour makes it easy and enjoyable for children to take consistently. Taking with a meal that contains some healthy fat supports vitamin D3 absorption. Always consult your GP or paediatrician before starting any new supplement for your child.
