A comprehensive prenatal multivitamin with 300 mg of DHA from algal oil, 1000 mcg of methylated folate, gentle Ferrochel iron and 23 additional essential nutrients in easy-to-swallow softgels. Methylated folate is the active, body-ready form of folate that requires no conversion before the body can use it. A significant proportion of women carry a genetic variant called MTHFR that limits their ability to process standard synthetic folic acid. Using methylated folate removes this barrier and ensures reliable folate support for healthy neural tube development in every pregnancy.
DHA is a structural omega-3 fatty acid that plays a critical role in healthy fetal brain, eye and central nervous system development. Many women do not have adequate DHA levels for themselves alone, making a dedicated 300 mg DHA supplement particularly important during pregnancy. Use these everyday they are amazing for your pregnancy and for postpartum, they also have iron which is very beneficial for postpartum as your milk is what comes from our blood and has all the vitamins you need in just two pills
These are a great option if you need folate instead of folic acid. The capsule size is average. They are easy on the tummy, even when I take them without food which I believe speaks to their quality. I also like that they ate individually packed (rather than a pill bottle). Makes it easy to throw in your bag for on the go.
I’ve been taking these prenatal pills since March, and I’m now 6 months pregnant. I highly recommend these! I found that taking one pill in the morning and the second one about 12 hours later or before bed works best for me. They are easy to digest, and I appreciate the peace of mind knowing I'm getting the nutrients I need. Overall, a fantastic product that I would recommend to any expecting mother!
I have used this for years while planning to conceive and while pregnant and I absolutely love it. The only downside is if the pill coating leaks, it tastes like metal with an aftertaste that lingers for a long time. In all my time taking these, I can probably count on one hand the times this has happened though. A solid, extremely clean prenatal. Highly recommend!

I took this brand of prenatal for both my pregnancies and I didn't feel nauseated after taking them. I used the mighty mini version for my first pregnancy and this version for my second and they both worked well. They covered all the vitamins and minerals I needed, in the right quantity, during my pregnancies.
Great supplement! I’m not TTC right now, but I noticed that I was having spotting at the end of my cycle before my periods and I didn’t feel like I actually ovulated for a few months in a row. I started taking this vitamin and it’s made a huge difference! My cycles are consistent, and I have a heavier flow with my period now, which I think shows that I had a higher quality uterine lining. I was probably deficient in folate. I love that it’s in bubble packs, it keeps the pills super fresh and it’s easy to take a sheet with me when I travel. My energy levels are better, and I overall feel better. Definitely recommend!

I have been taking these for a couple of years now, since my husband and I decided to have our first baby. I have had a great experience with these, all of my labs have been perfect at every draw too, and my first born is as healthy as could be and my current pregnancy is going well. I take them at night because the iron upsets my stomach, but any type of prenatal that has iron in it will do that to me. Only once in the past couple of years has one of my capsules been broken.

These are really effective. Took them in addition to taking an omega suppliment. Not sure what to credit to the vitamins or just having a lucky pregnancy. I had great energy most of my pregnancy, and baby is healthy and happy. I have continued to take them postpartum while breastfeeding and I think it has helped prevent hair loss. I did not catch any colds or get sick my whole pregnancy and postpartum. My baby also has not gotten a cold yet and she is 5 months and is around a lot of people. SO not sure what is luck and good genes or result of vitamins, but I think they played a part in maintaining my energy and immunity.

Great product! I have used this prenatal with two of my babies. I like that you only have to take two pills, twice a day. Other brands have you take e gut pills throughout the day and that is very hard to remember. No aftertaste and easy to swallow. I also love all the benefits this prenatal offers my growing baby! Highly recommend.

When searching for a prenatal for my first kid in 2020, my doctor friend (also pregnant) said these were #2 on a doctor's list of highest quality/most absorbable prenatals. She was taking them herself. The #1 didn't contain DHA. So we both went with this one to only have to take 1 pill. I've been taking them ever since. The shipments are on time and I can rely on the quality. Just always take with food or you might feel queasy. (as with any vitamin or prenatal)

These prenatals have all the good stuff in them. As an older mom I needed a brand I could trust and one with very specific vitamins. My baby is healthy and happy and smart.
