This is a new hobby of mine that I really enjoy, and hopefully I'm able to give useful information about the products I try.So I purchased this item for a friend who is dealing with an immune condition. She reports that it is going well so far. Of course it will take longer to notice any significant results, but so far everything is fine.I've used this product in another dosage and found it to be a decent product.

With many people being vitamin D deficient, this pill taken twice daily is highly recommended for ultimate health. Vitamin D is excellent for bone health and it's fantastic for the immune system. Instead of taking the flu vaccine this year, avoid it and just try taking Vitamin D. It works wonders for us. I am giving this a 5 star review.
