I am so happy that I found Zahler flax seed oil supplement. I like taking this supplement especially in the winter. It helps to cure my dry skin from the inside out. Even though the tabs are large they are not hard to swallow and they didn't have any yucky aftertaste. This supplement is the easiest way to get the benefits from flax seed!

I think it is important to add supplements to my diet, especially when I am busy and not eating right. The Zahler Flax Seed Oil is one of those supplements. It is a softgel. It is easy to swallow. I prefer softgels as I believe they are more readily absorbed into the body. I like to add flax seeds to my morning smoothie but I am either too busy or too tired to make one so the softgels provide me with what I need. They do contain fish but soy and dairy are not among the ingredients. A plus for me.

I love this product. The pills were large but easy to swallow. There was no disgusting after taste. When I burped it tasted like tea. It is made with talapia which was a surprise to me so if you are vegan this isn't the product for you. The pills are organic so there is no need for worrying about additives. This product is now a part of my health routine.

My spouse and I always like having the flax seeds in our diet simply due to all the benefits and it's much easier to take these flax seeds in pill form than taking them in other ways (powder or actual seed). It's so easy in our busy lifestyles and we are getting all the benefits even if we are in a rush and heading out the door. With the power I didn't like that I always had to make a smoothie. I just didn't t always have time for that. As for the actual seeds they just aren't that palatable in everything and can be somewhat bitter tasting. Even if you do make smoothies etc we all get busy and can benefit to have these wonderful pills on hand.

My doctor told me to take fish oil to help with some health problems. The fish oil pills are so very big though. And because of the horrible side effects (like the burping and horrible after taste) I gladly paid extra to get the ones that do not have those side effects. I decided to make a switch to flax seed oil to see if it still helped without the horrible side effects and would save me money. The first thing that pleased me tremendously was that while the pills are still large, they are smaller than the fish oil pills I had been taking. I have such a hard time swallowing pills, I was very glad to see that. Plus they are gel coated which helps with taking them also. I am taking the amount of mg of the flax seed oil that my doctor wanted me to take of the fish oil, so just one pill. The horrible side effects are not there and I have not noticed a change in my health. I will definitely continue to use these.

I have always used the Flax seed powder in my smoothies to help keep me regular but haven't had smoothies in a few weeks and found these pills and started to take them immediately. I knew the benefits of flax seed and how it helps my body with the good fats as well. Most vitamins upset my stomach but these do not and I don't need to eat first. Flaxseed oil has always helped me with my mood and keeping me in a good mood. They also help aid in weightloss which is why they are part of my daily regimen. I'm glad I came across them. They are a great addition to my daily vitamins.

I buy Flaxseed oil for my husband because of all the healthy Omegas it has. Its good for his brain and his joints. I have been on the search for a new Organic one and this one is a great value and Organic! The capsules are slightly bigger than my hubby wanted but I can't find smaller soft gels unfortunately. They do however, have 1000mg of Flax so he only has to take one a day. They are cold pressed which is what you want in your flax. Much more convenient than flax meal or seeds which we used to do but you have to consume so much more. Overall, he is very pleased with the product other than the size and we would definitely recommend these to our friends!!

Since finding out I'm type 2 diabetic, I have needed to change my diet completely. Health fats are extremely important. The pills themselves are decently sized, but does not have any funky odor or taste when taking them. This in and of itself is awesome! I love the benefits that you get from flax seeds, however taking these softgels are so much easier than having to measure out flax seeds every day in my shakes! Plus I haven't had any issues with gross burps afterwards!! Bonus!! This bottle arrives with 90 softgels. Flax seed oil has ALOT of health benefits. I use it bc I have R.A. I noticed that it has helped my joints, they do not hurt as much. I started taking this and within three days of using, I noticed that I could focus on my work more easily. I purchased this a while ago because when I empty a bottle, I order another one. I just emptied my bottle and went to open this new bottle and all of the capsules were covered in flaxseed oil and I won’t use it. What a mess….Update on previous review. Zahler offered a refund on my purchase. Any company that stands behind their product deserves 5 stars!
