I never really understood how important vitamin C is until I got COVID. I went straight for the vitamin C and other vitamins and let me tell you. I felt no symptoms and was feeling healthy within a week as I took the Vitamin C daily and made sure I kept taking it even afterwards. This is a great way to get your vitamins in. I take mine at night before bed so that way my body digests it nicely for my working work outs.

Vitamin C is a must for every diet

First off, these came very well packaged. The front label has lots of useful information and is aesthetically pleasing. The bottle included 90 tablets of 1000 mg vitamin C. It was sealed with plastic. After removing the plastic from the cap there was a cover sealed over the bottle as well. Then inside some cotton as well. The capsules themselves are bigger in size - after all it is 1000 mg I believe that's why the capsule is big. There was no smell to the pill. It was instructed to take one daily. I didn't have any ill effects from taking these and I feel better about taking a daily vitamin C tablet especially during cold/flu season. I would definitely recommend these Vitamins.

When I first opened the bottle, the smell was not pleasant at all. I actually walked away and left it open. The bottle was very easy for me to open. The pill itself is long but not overly wide. It was very easy to swallow. A little extra vitamin C is just what I needed.
