A lot of prenatals i looked at are two pills a day but this one is only one capsule which makes it nice, and it has a very high amount of folic acid comparedto others I've seen. I don't have proof but I think these might have helped me get what I needed to get pregnant. After years of trying only a few months after taking these I got pregnant and now I am pregnant again two years later. So thank you Zahler!

Easy to take
I've been taking this prenatal for about 7 years since I first heard about this company on the Birth Hour Podcast. I've had two healthy pregnancies and honestly have no complaints about this product. I love that they have folate instead of folic acid, as I know that can be problematic for some women. And they are small and have no bad taste, which helps in the throes of morning sickness. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a prenatal supplement that’s vegetarian friendly and Kosher, I highly recommend this product! The capsule size isn’t overwhelmingly big and it’s easy to swallow. No bad smell and no after taste!
I have been happily using this for YEARS. It's kosher, my own Rabbi said I can use it on Passover (feel free to ask your own) and it has ZERO taste. I previously used tablets during my first pregnancy but my nausea made taking them awful. I take these daily as a multivitamin and to make sure I always have folic acid in my system. PS: I have these on subscribe and save.

I have checked several makers of pre-natal vitamins and found these to have the best concentration of the necessary vitamins for pregnant women and their babies, but they are also great for older folks. As we age, the MCV & MCHV (dealing with the formation and size of our blood cells) is often too high or too low and by taking pre-natal vitamins this can often be corrected. Not only do I take the pre-natal vitamin, but doctor also prescribed them for my husband and the MCV & MCHV are now normal for us both. So senior citizens can also benefit.
